Prof. Mohamed Katamish

This is Dr. Mohamed Abdul Magied Katamish, born in 13 April 1972, Egyptian nationality, Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Faculty of Dentistry Ain Shams University, Head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department Faculty of Dentistry Misr International University (MIU).

My Master Degree taken since 2000 from Faculty of Dentistry –Kasr el Eni-Cairo University, the thesis was on Management of the mandibular fractures.

My P.H. Degree taken since 2006 from Faculty of Dentistry-Ain Shams University, and the thesis was on Orthognathic Surgeries in cases with dentofacial deformities.

I am a member in The Egyptian Oral Surgeon Association, Oral Surgeon Egyptian Association, The Egyptian Implantology Association

I have a lot of experience in many branches of oral and maxillofacial surgeries as the impacted teeth, alveoplasty, vestibuloplasty, ridge augmentation, surgical management of orofacial cysts and tumors, treatment of the salivary gland disorders, management of the temporomandibular joint disorders, reconstruction and rehabilitation after tumor resection.

Also I did a thousands of implant cases either the simple one and the complicated cases, I have been attended a lot of international and local conferences and workshop inside Egypt and outside as in USA, Italy, Germany, Albania,  and Dubai.

I am using different implant systems as Biohorizons, Zimmer, Oraltronic, Enkon, Spectra, Dayna, and Leader, all I am using since 15 years ago, with a lot of bone graft substitute as Bio-oss, Minor-oss, Biotech, and Tutogen. Also different collagen membrane adjunctive to the graft as Bio-guide, Alloderm, and Tutopatch.
