AEEDC 2019 Conference will be held at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Shk Maktoum Hall and Shk Rashid Hall . This year we have 8 rooms named as A,B,C, D,E,F,G,H .

Car parks are available for organisers, exhibitors and visitors within the perimeter of the Venue. The car parks operate on a first come, first-served basis.

• Car Park 1a: Free, opposite Convention Gate (capacity: 425 cars)
• Car Park 1c: Free, opposite Convention Gate (capacity: 1,490 cars)
• Multi-storey Car Park: Paid, behind Sheikh Rashid Hall (capacity: 1,385 cars)
• Multi-storey Car Park: Paid, behind the Arena Hall (capacity: 885 cars)

Metro:
Take the red line metro route to the Dubai World Trade Centre Metro Station.
The metro operates from Sunday to Wednesday from 05:50-00:00, and on Thursday from 05:50-01:00.

Taxis:
The official Dubai Transport Taxis can be recognised by their cream colour and will charge you by the meter. Ladies-only taxis are also available.

I want to register Onsite for the Conference , where can I find the counter ?

Onsite registration is open from 4^th February to 7^th February 2019  ( 9.00 am to 6.00 pm )
AEEDC Conference Onsite Registration is located opposite Hall 8.
You can also use the self-registration counters if you have a credit card.

I have already registered for the Conference , how do I pick my badges?

You can pick your badges from 4^th February to 7^th February 2019 ( 9.00 am to 6.00 pm ) . We advise you to pick your badge one day early on the 4^th to avoid any queues and delays.

Badges can be picked from any of the Pre- Registration counters located in Opposite Hall 5 ,  Hall 8, Hall 5  Entrance, Hall 4, Shk Rashid Hall Entrance. Please do carry your registration confirmation page with Barcode to scan and pick your badge.

 I am an Exhibitor , Where can I collect my Exhibitor Package and Badges:

Exhibitor Packages will be ready to be collected on 4^th February ( 9.00 am to 8.00 pm). The packages are distributed in front of Shk Rashid Hall E. Please do settle the VAT tax if not paid .

I am a Pre- Registered Trade Visitor where can I collect my Badge?

You can pick your badges from 4^th February to 7^th February 2019 ( 9.00 am to 6.00 pm ) . We advise you to pick your badge one day early on the 4^th to avoid any queues and delays.

I am Trade Visitor , where can I register onsite ?

You can register from 4^th February to 7^th February  ( 10.00 am to 6.00 pm ) . Self-Registration Counters are located Opposite Hall 7 Entrance, Hall 6 , Hall 3 , Hall 2.

No, there is a fee to enter the exhibition.

But you can Register Online For Free to visit the exhibition till Jan 25, 2019. Starting from Jan 26, 2019, there will be a fee to visit / register for the exhibition.

Your visitor badge is not transferable. Ask your colleague to sign up at one of the registration desks for their own free pass. Alternatively, online registration will remain open during the entirety of the show.
